Each piece is printed to order. Most take 2–5 business days to produce; framed canvases and oversized prints can take up to 7. US transit then takes 3–5 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your piece ships.
Because every piece is custom-made from your photo, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If it arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@geisti.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.

Each piece is printed and finished for you when you order it, on materials chosen for the long term: archival giclée paper, gallery-grade canvas, or matte poster paper, matched to the format. Production runs two to five business days (up to seven for framed and oversized pieces), then three to five days in transit. Shipping within the United States is free.

What sizes and frames are available?

What materials do you use?
Each format is matched to a method that suits it: archival giclée paper for fine-art prints, gallery-grade canvas for stretched and framed pieces, matte poster paper for everyday pieces. Specifics for each format show under Product details.
How long until my piece arrives?
Production runs 2–5 business days for most formats; framed canvases and oversized prints can take up to 7. After production, US transit takes 3–5 business days. Full breakdown on the shipping policy page.
What photo works best?
One clear photo in natural or window light, close enough to show the face, the features, or a pet's coat. A phone photo from the last few years is plenty. Avoid busy shots with several subjects competing for attention. A single, well-lit close-up gives the studio the most to work with, and you can always try another in the preview.
Can I return a piece I don’t love?
Because every piece is custom-made from your uploaded photo, we can't accept returns for change of mind, so review the preview carefully before checkout. If your piece arrives damaged, email hello@geisti.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we replace it free of charge. Details on the refund policy page.
