How does the AI generation work?

You upload a photo and pick a style. The Geisti pipeline interprets the photo through that style and renders your image at high resolution. You see the result on the page before you order — nothing ships until you approve.

How long until my piece arrives?

Production runs 2–5 business days for most formats; framed canvases and oversized prints can take up to 7. After production, US transit takes 3–5 business days. Full breakdown on the shipping policy page.

What materials do you use?

Each format is matched to a method that suits it: archival giclée paper for fine-art prints, gallery-grade canvas for stretched and framed pieces, satin-finish poster paper for everyday pieces. Specifics for each format show on the product page.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

We replace damaged pieces free of charge. Email hello@geisti.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. You don't need to ship the damaged piece back unless we ask. Details on the refund policy page.

Can I return a piece I don't love?

Because every piece is custom-made from your uploaded photo, we can't accept returns for change of mind. We strongly recommend reviewing the preview carefully before checkout. Replacements are offered only for defects, damage, or wrong items.

Who owns the image I generate?

You retain the rights to images you upload. The artwork we render for your piece is for your personal use. We don't resell, redistribute, or republish anything you upload or generate.

Can I order a custom size or format?

The formats listed on the site are the ones we currently support end-to-end. For a custom size or framing option, email hello@geisti.com with what you have in mind — we'll let you know whether it's possible.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email when your piece ships. If you don't see it within the production-time window, check your spam folder, then reach out to hello@geisti.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship to addresses in the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap.
