Shipping policy

Geisti pieces are printed on demand and shipped within the United States. Total delivery time is production time + transit time.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap.

Production time

Most pieces take 2–5 business days to produce. Larger items (framed canvases, oversized prints) can take up to 7 business days.

Transit time

Once your piece ships, US transit takes 3–5 business days.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your piece ships. If you don't see it within the production-time window above, check your spam folder, then contact us at hello@geisti.com.

Shipping address changes

Address changes can only be made before production begins (within 2 hours of placing an order). After that, we ship to the address on file.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you don't have it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it doesn't turn up within 5 business days, contact us at hello@geisti.com and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.
