Refund policy

Geisti pieces are printed on demand, individually for each order. Because each piece is custom-made from your uploaded photo and chosen format, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Damage or defects

If your piece arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us at hello@geisti.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage or defect
  • A photo of the shipping packaging if the damage occurred in transit

Replacements are sent at no cost. You don't need to return the damaged item unless we specifically ask.

Wrong item received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@geisti.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll correct it.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that, production has typically begun and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If a piece arrives in good condition and you would like a different size, format, or image, please place a new order.
